Walk the Year Challenge
We challenge you to walk or run, 2019 miles in the year 2019. You can particpate with a group or by yourself!
Example, a group of 7 would be responsible for a little more than a half mile per day. That is very achievable.
This is a fun and exciting way to stay active throughout the year, especially when the new years resolution wears off.
The founding team makes up a diverse family. We all wanted to be more healthy, but were at different exercise levels.
Between our original team of 6 members, each person is responsible for walking, running, biking, or a
walking equivilant of 1 mile per person, per day.
Since everyone wanted something different, we created a formual that would allow for other forms of exercise. To view
